Rob Timmings is an Australian nurse educator, clinician, and international presenter with more than three decades of experience across emergency, critical care, and acute nursing practice. He is the founder and director of ECT4Health , one of Australasia’s leading online and face-to-face nursing and paramedic education providers.

Known widely as “Nurse Rob,” he has built a substantial international following through his engaging and clinically focused education style across social media platforms, where he delivers evidence-based content to nurses, paramedics, and health professionals around the world. Rob is particularly recognised for his ability to simplify complex physiology and critical care concepts into practical, memorable teaching.

His education interests include sepsis, emergency medicine, ECG interpretation, acute deterioration, hyperbaric medicine, diabetes emergencies, wound care, and critical care physiology. Rob regularly presents at national and international conferences throughout Australia, Asia, and the Pacific region, and is passionate about empowering clinicians through education that focuses not only on what to do — but why it matters.
